WEEKLY PLANNING FOR MENTAL PREPARATION
This is where you will use all of the course content to create your own weekly calendar to take care of your mental preparation.
Use all the information that we have provided and use it to adapt it to your week.
We provide you with a document for you to download and fill in with the mental preparation activities that you are going to do and the hours in which you are going to do them. Make it as realistic as possible and stick to it to achieve your maximum performance.
Don’t get overwhelmed little by little.
It is about preparing a weekly calendar including tasks or tools so that you can work on the psychological variables that we have seen during this chapter each week.
You must include at least one task for each variable in the views in section 2.2.
