💭This tool is one of the most useful used in the mental preparation of athletes. It is often used in combination with the breathing techniques we have just seen. Imagination is like creating your own movie, with the details that interest you and help you meet your goals (good executions, good decisions, proper error management…). Many professional and olympic athletes express using this technique for their preparation. It is a complex tool.

💭Here we are going to see an introduction to the most basic concepts so that later you can continue investigating and put it into practice. Imagination practice can be applied for a variety of purposes:

💭This technique has many great benefits, if you are able to practice it enough, not just the day before the game. 2-3 days a week for 5 to 10 minutes would be a good start.
