1.4. Warm-up (Half time)

WARM-UP (HALF TIME)

What Is It?

🔥 Half time warm up is done by repeating 2-3 actions of the main actions from your original pre-game warm up to reativate after the half time rest-recovery period.

How is it done?

🔥 After half time, when you step on the pitch you have to perform the specific gestures done like in the pre-game warmup.

🔥 That is the reason we propose a warm-up routine for you to do as soon as you jump onto the pitch after intermission. In this routine you will take into account 5 Performance Factors:

    • ➡️ Explosive Dynamic Joint Mobility
    • ➡️ Fast supports
    • ➡️ Running starts
    • ➡️ Rhythm changes
    • ➡️ Speed starts

When is it done?

🔥 It will be done ONE minute before the second half starts.

Why is it done?

🔥 You have been sitting for 15 minutes, standing and without any activity. Your activation level has dropped almost completely and if you started the second part without any activation or warm-up, the risk of injury would be very high.

🔥 That is why it is necessary that you reactivate yourself by warming-up again.
