SUCCESS DIARY AND GOOD ACTIONS

(SELF-CONFIDENCE)

 

🏆  This simple tool is extremely effective. It will help you, above all, to work on self-confidence but also your attention-concentration (you are bringing the focus to what you want to happen again).

You are telling your brain “I want more actions like this”. And that is a way to work on your performance. It consists of writing after each training and/or competition 2 or 3 actions, in which you have been successful.

 

🏆  The ideal is that you focus not on the success of the action, but above all on what you did and how you did it to be successful in that action.

Of course, it has to be concrete, so that if you read it after a while, you know how to recognize what action it is. It seeks to generate memories.

 

🏆  And if you are able to ensure that the actions you write about in the journal are, to a great extent, related to your individual improvement goals (technical, tactical, physical and mental), you will be combining two tools with which its effectiveness will be much higher.
