Before we start this block, let’s tell you that these are the 4 performance factors that we place the most importance on the field and that they are the ones that train on the tasks your coaches propose to you:
VERY IMPORTANT ASPECT TO KEEP IN MIND: In this block we will define each one of them, when to train them, why and, in the section on how to train it, we will facilitate a task to perform it ONLY in the case of your feelings being good and, when listening to your body, tell you that you need more encouragement. This task will complement your team’s competition week or help you train on your own during periods when there is no competition. |
